Melalui <strong data-start=\"283\" data-end=\"381\">Pelatihan Peningkatan Mutu Kinerja Kepala Program Studi, Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha, dan Staf TU<\/strong>, kampus berbasis Al-Qur\u2019an ini menegaskan komitmen memperkuat tata kelola akademik serta layanan administrasi yang tertib, profesional, dan bermutu.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"812\">Pelatihan yang digelar di Indralaya itu diikuti seluruh unsur pengelola akademik dan administrasi UQI mulai dari para Ketua Program Studi, Kabag TU, hingga staf TU lintas jenjang dan disiplin. Pesertanya mencakup program Sarjana PAI, PIAUD, PBA, PBS, ESY, IAT, serta Pascasarjana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"1146\">Rektor UQI, <strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"856\">Dr. Hj. Muyassaroh, M.Pd.I<\/strong>, membuka pelatihan dengan menekankan bahwa kualitas perguruan tinggi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ruang kelas dan kurikulum, tetapi juga oleh ketertiban sistem dan profesionalitas layanan. \u201cTata kelola yang rapi adalah fondasi kepercayaan. Tanpa itu, mutu akademik sulit bertahan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1588\">Tiga narasumber mengisi pelatihan ini. Selain Ibu Rektor yang memaparkan arah kebijakan dan standar tata kelola UQI pascatransformasi institusi, <strong data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1327\">Dr. H. Bakhrum Amir, Lc., M.Ed<\/strong> menyoroti penguatan manajemen akademik berbasis mutu dan akuntabilitas. Sementara <strong data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1441\">Dr. Cittra Juniarni, M.Pd.I<\/strong> menekankan pentingnya budaya kerja profesional, layanan administrasi yang responsif, serta sinkronisasi peran antara unit akademik dan tata usaha.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1880\">Diskusi berlangsung intens. Isu-isu teknis mulai dari alur layanan akademik, administrasi perkuliahan, hingga koordinasi lintas prodi &amp; fakultas dibedah dengan pendekatan praktis. Para peserta didorong untuk menyelaraskan standar kerja, memperkuat komunikasi, dan menghindari tumpang tindih kewenangan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"2168\">Pelatihan ini menjadi bagian dari agenda konsolidasi UQI setelah resmi bertransformasi dari institut menjadi universitas.
